The Strathcarron Hotel is a further 5 minutes or so up the road from the Lochcarron Hotel, and is directly next to the Strathcarron Train Station. Like the Lochcarron Hotel they serve the typical Scottish fayre of drinks and food, and can also often be found with a cosy fire in winter months.
The Carron Restaurant is located on the road between Lochcarron and the Kyle of Localsh, about 20 minutes from the bunkhouse, and serve a range of dishes made with local produce. They also often hold events for occasions such as St Andrews day and Christmas.
